Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

from a root signifying "a nourisher, protector, upholder;" the originator and transmitter of anything; one who stands in a father's place and looks after another in a paternal way; creator, preserver, guardian and protector
"to make holy" (from hagios, "holy"), signifies to set apart for God, to sanctify, to make a person or thing the opposite of koinos, "common;" to render or acknowledge, or to be venerable or hallow; to separate from profane things
all that a "name" implies, of authority, character, rank, majesty, power, excellence, etc., of everything that the "name" covers; the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, i.e. for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds etc.
